For internationally sourced products, shipping is also free and delivered via private courier directly to your South African address (no post office collections required).

Local Products:

  • Delivery Time: 1 to 3 business days via trusted couriers: The Courier Guy, Aramex, RAM, Fastway, Dawn Wing, Courier IT, and others.

International Products:

  • Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (after you place your order).
  • Delivery Time: 6 to 8 business days via private courier — delivered directly to your door (no post office needed).

You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

4. How can I track my order?

5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused, in original packaging with all accessories included.
