3. How long does shipping take?

 

  • Processing Time: 2 to 4 business days (after payment confirmation).
  • Delivery Time: 2 to 5 business days via The Courier Guy, Aramex, RAM, Fastway, Dawn Wing, Courier IT, and more.
  • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor delivery.

 

4. How can I track my order?

 

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number on the courier’s website to track your delivery.

 

5. What is your return policy?

 

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order if :

 

  • The item is defective or incorrect
  • You provide a photo or video proof to support@thedigitalvault.co.za
  • The product is unused, in original packaging with all accessories included.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be approved.

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds are issued to your original payment method (excluding shipping fees).
